You
may place your order online through our Online-Store.
You can also place your order by phone, e-mail, or regular
mail.

Payment Options
|
|
You
can make your online purchases via PayPal.
We use PayPal because it is the most secure and generally
the most preferred method of making online transactions.
It allows you to pay with either your credit card or
funds that PayPal withdraws from your bank account.
It generally takes a while to set your PayPal account
up before you can make online purchases.
We don't yet have the ability to process phone-placed
credit card orders. But this option is generally available
through our regular distributors.
You can also pay with an International
Money Order, but please make sure that it is
issued in Canadian Dollars.
If you must send it in US dollars that is also acceptale,
but please make sure that the correct
and current Conversion
Rates are followed. Any payments that do not translate
into a correct Canadian Dollar
amounts will be returned to the sender. The money orders
can be sent by mailing them to our address.
Please make the Money Orders are sent out to: "Induction
Dynamics" and put the name of the item that you
are purchasing in the Money Order's memo area. Don't
forget to include a note containing your
phone number and the color
of couplers you would prefer. The available colors
are BLUE, RED,
and by special order YELLOW.

Shipping and Handling and Brokerage
|
| Generally,
we ship all ouf our producs via UPS Ground. This method
seems to work the best and it also allows our customers
to perform online tracking of their shippments. This
service normally takes about 6 business days for delivery.
However, we can also make special shipments at your
request. If you require special services such as Overnight
Delivery or 2-Day Air, please contact us so that we
can provide you with a new shipping quote.
The shipping and handling charge is $40
CAN for the all Cold Air Intake systems shipped
to the continental United States and Canada. This price
does not apply to the orders placed from Alaska, Puerto
Rico, Hawaii, etc. If you are ordering from outside
continental United Sates or Canada, please contact us
for shipping costs and options.
Our US customers please keep in mind that since
you are ordering a product from Canada you may have
to pay some tax/customs/brokerage charges upon the delivery
of your product. Please keep in mind that this has NOTHING
TO DO WITH INDUCTION DYNAMICS. We are not charging
you anything over and above the prices listed on our
website. This charge comes from certain US-Canada
Trade Regulations that are explained in detail
HERE.
It also comes from a fee that FedEx brokers may charge
you for processing the paperwork needed to clear your
order through the customs.

Tracking
|
|
We
retain all tracking info for each order. Please contact
us if you would like us to provide you with your tracking
number once your package has been shipped.

Warranty
|
|
All
Induction Dynamics Intakes are guaranteed against any
manufacturer defects for a period of 1 year from the
date the shippment was received. We will replace any
defective system or any of its components quickly and
free of charge upon receipt of the damaged system or
its components.

Returns
|
|
If
you are not completely satisfied with your Induction
Dynamics Cold Air Intake System you may return it for
a full refund within the period of 30 days from the
date that you received the shippment. We will only accept
returns on items that:
· ARE NOT DAMAGED
· HAVE NEVER BEEN INSTALLED ON A VEHICLE
· ARE STILL IN THE ORIGINAL MANUFACTURER'S PACKAGING.
We reserve the right to withold the whole or a portion
of the refund if the above criteria are not met. Furthermore,
we are not responsible for the shipping charges.
